Flight Booking Support operates FlightBookingSupport.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us by phone, and what we do with it.
We keep this simple because the website itself is simple. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no login.
Information you give us
Information reaches us in one way: you contact us. When you call 888-810-2291, you may share your name, contact details, and travel information such as your route, travel dates, or a booking reference. We use that information to help with the request you called about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting platform records basic technical information when a page is requested — for example an IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site and keep it working and secure. This website does not operate its own advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party advertising pixel on these pages.
How we use information
- • To respond to your request and assist with your booking enquiry.
- • To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting and communications providers — only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 888-810-2291 and we will help with your request.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
